Otley town centre apartment

Out and about in Otley

Pros: Brilliant location for town and amenities. We were lucky enough to get parked right behind the property as free carpark was full, both times I checked. Very quirky property with super comfy bed and exceptionally quiet location. Everything you would ever need were provided in the property, didn't realise microwave doubled as oven, other than that nothing else was needed. Heaters were adequate, but a couple of throws might be a bonus when just sitting watching tv etc. Met friendly owner very briefly at check in but wasn't sure where to leave keys at checkout? Keysafe might have been better option.

Cons: On arrival noticed very strong smell of dogs from upstairs property. This emanated to entrance lobby.😟 Outside security light not working, so coming home at night was difficult to locate the lock. This might be a case of fuse or bulb replacement, but could do with sorting now darker nights are here. Also could I suggest thumb turn lock to exit property, especially in an emergency.

Pros: A wonderful host, faultless, such a comfortable bed, very clean flat and so close to the town centre. Free parking 50 meters away. Would 100% stay again.

Absolutely loved it

Pros: This is a beautiful, quite quirky apartment. The host supplied loads of extra things that she really didn’t need to e.g. toothpaste etc. which I think is exceptional. It is very comfortable and all facilities are supplied. It is only a few minutes walk to the town centre

Pros: The property is quite quirky but lovely. Everything I needed was at hand and I have had the best night sleep in a long time. Superb location and so quiet, which contributed to my awesome night sleep.

Pros: The owner was lovely and thought of everything. The accommodation was clean and comfortable.

Comfy accommodation and very handy location, must nicer than staying in a hotel.

Pros: I liked the location and the decoration in the property, the extra double mattress made it more comfy too. Host was very helpful and responsive to our requests. Property was quiet so no problem sleeping, and there was lots of little extras like toiletries, robes and tea/coffee. The weather turned cold but there were two heaters in the property so warmed up quickly.

Quirky - clean- great location

Pros: Lovely and clean . Great facilities- located a short walk from Otley town centre . Our host was easily contactable and friendly.

Cons: It is a basement so not a lot of natural light . Parking is an issue in Otley but you can drop off your gear at the door and park a short distance away . Quite steep steps entering the property if you are bad on your pins !
