A great flat, would stay there again

Pros: Great flat. Lovely location by Settle Hydro, very easy walk into the centre of Settle. I was a bit worried because reviews were varied, but it was lovely and clean and the kitchen was well equipped with pots and pans and everything we needed. Tea bags, biscuits etc supplied to start us off, and soap, shampoo and shower gel in the bathroom. We were in Scosthrop, which is on the third floor. I couldn't find the promised thermostat to control the heating but it came on in the mornings and evenings and the flat was lovely and warm when it was on. My key code hadn't been released an hour before we arrived, but I sent a message to Guestz and they sorted it straight away for me.

Cons: Wireless didn't work - the service they told us to connect to just didn't seem to exist. Wasn't a problem for us as we didn't need it, but might be for others. There was good mobile phone reception. Couldn't find the thermostat they said was on a wall, which would have given us a bit of control over the heating. But the heating was fine as it was for us.

Spacious and well located. Would stay again

Pros: Spacious apartment, and beautiful building. Location was close to the dales and also plenty of places to eat/train station.

Cons: Entering the building was easy- but the sign on the noticeboard directing us to our apartment wasnt clear- it took us some time to find this. The WiFi connected but didn’t actually do anything. Some cracks in a wine glass and dishes, and the showers seemed to stay ‘hot’ no matter what we did. None of these were major issues as we weren’t in the apartment for long but a longer stay could’ve been more significant. Overall was a lovely stay and would definitely use again.

Lovely building, location and views. Bathroom needs an upgrade and windows need cleaning

Pros: The views and the building had some character. Beds comfy, linen clean and fresh. Sofa and dining area nice.

Cons: The windows needed a good clean, some parts unfinished and the shower wasn’t functional - leaked across the back and down the side. Skirting and lino floor rotten/mouldy. One of the window frames very rotten too. We didn’t have a choice/ wasn’t informed of which apartment until check in - we got put on the top floor with no lift which wasn’t great after an ultra marathon :/ We were a party of 4 adults in a 3 bedroom and only having 1 bathroom was a push - wouldn’t be great if 6 adults were staying

Pros: Lovely location and nice accommodation and parking easy and convenient.

Just too cozy!

Pros: So spacious, clean, 3 bedrooms, bright lighting and everything worked as well.

Comfortable stay for a group of 6 for a couple of nights.

Pros: Great location, close to amenities and start of Y3P. Kitchen was modern and well equipped.

Cons: Having just one bathroom between 6 adults.

Great property, would definitely recommend.

Pros: Really lovely apartment, good kitchen, nicely furnished living area which was very comfortable for relaxing after a long day's walking. Short walk to everything in Settle.

Cons: Could have a had a bigger bathroom with more powerful shower.

Excellent location and stay for walking Yorkshire 3 peaks

Pros: Great location for walking the Yorkshire 3 peaks , near the town to access pubs and restaurants . There was 12 of us in two 3 bedroom apartments, we had the whole top floor so was perfect for us all

Cons: 0ne bathroom between 6 adults . Ideally would have preferred 2

Great, will stay again even if i banged my head a little

Pros: Location is absolutely beautiful, great scenes could be seen from all windows. River next to property was really pretty and a comforting background noise. Love the welcome guide and recommended places to eat.

Cons: A mention of no lift and number of bathrooms in ad would have been nice. Banged my head a bunch as we were on top floor.

Good location for Settle and exploring nearby Yorkshire Dales

Pros: Location by river Ribble and able to walk into town (Settle)

Cons: A bit cold as it’s an old stone mill
