Pros: We stayed in Hayloft 1 over a weekend in Feb 2026. The location of the place is brilliant. It’s very close to various shops, pubs and cafe. The apartment was perfect for our needs. Big fridge, oven, hob, microwave, coffee machine etc. we particularly enjoyed the log burner which gave it an authentic Yorkshire cottage feel. I’m sure we’ll be back!

Pros: The accommodation is absolutely beautiful, it was spotlessly clean and toasty warm. We loved the logs for the log burner. All the added touches were very thoughtful like wine and cookies and milk they were greatly appreciated. You couldn't get a better location right in the center, we would definitely stay again and would highly recommend. The owners were very communicative and friendly.

Cons: Not a negative just an observation the mattress is very hard, you can't please everyone it was just far too hard for us.

Pros: Great location in centre of Settle which is a great location for exploring the Yorkshire Dales.

Romantic, cosy, luxurious stay

Pros: This is pure luxury with every last thing thought of! Cosy, romantic - perfect! We arrived to wine on the table and chocolate cookies, wood and matches for the log burning fire, milk in the fridge, coffee and tea, fluffy towels and everything you would need. It is a very short walk from the station and we had a fantastic 2 night’s sleep - a much needed break from work, kids and the city. Would recommend to anyone.

A little gem in the heart of Settle

Pros: Location was great, parking close by with reasonable pricing. Log burner was nice and cosy, modern kitchen, lovely bedroom, bed very comfortable. Easy contact with owners, a little gem.

Cons: Not a deal breaker but found the sofa uncomfortable for a cozy night in, in front of the fire. A coffee table or a pouffe would have made a difference.

Perfect weekend break in a lovely apartment in a picturesque village
