The Studio at Stoodley Pike View

Pros: the location was soooo pretty! the owner was really friendly and sent us messages about how to find the property. it was really helpful since we came in the dark and definitely wouldn’t have found it without their messages haha it was so pretty and cosy and the best place to celebrate a birthday weekend!

Cons: the one and only thing i have to say that needed improvement was heating! they did provide a little heater which did help but it was pretty chilly still but we bundled up and we were okay :)

Pros: Amazing in every aspect, we will definitely be visiting again.

The views and the comfy bed!

We would have loved to stay longer!

Pros: The studio was very comfertable and had everything we needed. The beds were very comfy too and there were some nice touches and the the decor was lovely. We appreciated the commitment to sustainable products. The host responded promptly and helpfully to the few questions we had. The location was great - the views were fabulous, and it was quiet with lovely walks from the door. Todmorden was just 10 mins drive away with shops and nice places to eat. We also appreciated the 11am check out - very civilised.

Cons: It was a shame that the 'fire pit' that featured in the photos of the studio wasn't available - but we understand that with the dry weather recently it would have been a bit hazardous! The track to and from the road was also a bit of a trial - we have a low chassis car and it was difficult getting up past the first drainage kurb (especially on the very wet night) without scraping the underside of the car.

Pros: The studio was very clean and well equipped. The views were to die for!

Cons: Door to en-suite shower room has a large gap at the bottom which affects privacy. There's probably a reason for this, but not ideal.

Most enjoyable and relaxing stay in a beautiful part of England

Pros: superb views in a very relaxing & stress free location. A very comfy, clean studio - with all the facilities required for a 2 night stay away from home

Pros: The location was amazing and exactly what we needed for a mini 24hr break. Just loved it. Emma was lovely, directions perfect and views incredible! picture is morning brew at 8am

Cons: it's not something we didn't like but it's worth knowing it's quaint and compact. We loved it!

High up on the moor

Pros: Quiet secluded location Dog friendly Big modern french windows with good views from sofa and dining table and bed! Access not as bad as expected Comfortable bed Cosy compact clean and warm studio Very good helpful communication

Cons: Shower was hot and powerful enough but I don't think it's a good idea to have a wooden cubicle Same for around the kitchenette sink
