Blossoms Reach - 2 minutes from station and city centre

Pros: Lovely well equipped apartment, it is about a 15 min walk to the city centre and about a 10 min walk from the station, there is a bus stop just round the corner and any of the buses that stop there takes you to the centre, we also got the bus back they run every couple of mins. A Christmas tree was up in the apartment which was a nice little touch.

Cons: The apartment is on a very busy road which was very noisy, and there was quite a bit of noise from upstairs, other than that we enjoyed our stay.

Return to York

Pros: Location is excellent. Short walk from the railway station.

Cons: Could be a bit noisy with traffic.

Pros: Close to train station. Grocery shop and bars/restaurants all nearby.

Fantastic location, walkable to all attractions, restaurants etc. Recommended

Pros: Excellent location. Great kitchen with washing machine. Walking distance to everything. Train station and hire cars within walking distance also

Cons: Small double bed. Bathroom door needs repairing. Mould in shower needs cleaning.

A welcome break close in to beautiful York.

Pros: The apartment was very well appointed and very clean. Quite comfortable. Handy location, walking distance to the Old Town. Very clean and the hosts allowed us access a little early to suit our train arrival from Edinburgh which was appreciated. Plenty of eating areas within walking distance.

Cons: Yes, 2 minutes from the station and/or Old Town if driving or taking a bus, but walking with suitcases is another thing altogether. It is near the junction of the main road in and a busy side road.

Pros: Location is brilliant, walk to train station about 10 m8nutes, walk to spoons about 5 minutes, walk to centre about 15 to 20 minutes, the apartment was lovely snd clean and nice smelling, good shower, overall a very enjoyable stay, and would definitely book again!

Cons: I can't say \

Pros: Location was excellent for travelling around York, walking distance into the city and a good choice of restaurants nearby. The apartment was comfortable and there was enough crockery/cutlery/utensils available and the washing pods in the cupboard under the sink were a nice touch.

Cons: Parking, although available nearby, was costly. The bi fold bathroom door was not good. It didn't always close fully from the outside and the lack of handle on the inside made it impossible to close once inside. No matter how close you are to your partner - you don't necessarily want to share your ablutions with them!

Easy to find, comfortable and in a handy place

Pros: Close location to town centre. Clean and welcoming

Cons: Busy main road

Cosy rooms close to amenities and city

Pros: Convenient for the station and walk into the city also close to a stop for the tourist bus and shops and restaurants nearby

Cons: I expected the traffic to be loud as house is right on the road but the residents above were very noisy

Enjoyed our stay

Pros: Great location, close to centre but not too close to be noisy. Helpful host. Good facilities.
