Comfy cosy rural idyll.

Pros: Beautiful cottage, so calming and peaceful. Bed was comfy with crisp white linens. We loved the log burner and had plenty of logs for our two nights. Cottage had everything we needed. Perfect rural getaway. Amanda was a lovely welcoming host and very knowledgeable about the local area.

Cons: Nothing.

We had lovey accommodation, lovely hosts, which made for a wonderful holiday!

Pros: The location was perfect for us, we wanted somewhere quiet and peaceful. Charles and Amanda were extremely hospitable and friendly and very happy to help out if we needed anything.

Pros: Perfect sized cottage for 2 people, clean and cozy. This was the perfect base for us to explore the area and there are a lot of local walks. Host's were very friendly and always around if needed. The space is bigger than it looks in the pictures and is well furnished.

Cons: Internet was a little intermittent which was a little annoying in the evenings, but given the remote location it was understandable. Although manageable, there could have been more utensils and some oven trays in the kitchen.
