Excellent service

Pros: The hoists was outstanding, both went up and beyond to make sure I enjoyed my stay.Both very welcoming on my arrival.Nothing wasn't ever to much from them both.Will definitely stay here again.

Extremely well appointed and comfortable - a great place to stay on the outskirts of Leeds

Pros: The property is stunning and outfitted to a very high standard. The grounds are very nice and it feels like you couldn’t be further from suburban Leeds. Richard and Elspeth who run the hotel could not of done more for us as guests and we really felt like we were staying in someone’s house as opposed to hotel.

Incredible and amazing place to stay

Pros: What an amazing venue. Richard met up in the carpark with an umbrella as it was raining. The attention to detail was impressive. I have stayed in hotels across the world and without a doubt this is amongst the best kept. Richard was on hand to help with all our enquiries and even got up early to see us out of the car park in the morning. Cannot fault the experience at all and would highly recommend

A warm welcome from the lovely hosts, a very comfortable stay. A wonderful garden.

Pros: The breakfast was absolutely magnificent. Wonderful selection of cereals, nuts, yogurt and fruit. Plus a perfect cooked breakfast.

Cons: I didn't think anything could be improved.

Pros: We loved everything. If you want to stay somewhere that is quality, beautiful, great location with great friendly hosts......stay here! Fantastic Breakfast, the most comfortable bed we have ever slept in, secure parking and did I mention the hospitable hosts who made us feel very welcome.....yes I think I did, but they deserve a second mention. Thank you, we will return.

A hidden gem!

Pros: Lovely large room. Hosts couldn’t do anymore for us and the breakfast was fantastic. I lived in Horsforth for over 20 years and didn’t know this even existed, so is a lovely hidden gem!

Cons: Nothing.

Pros: very silent location, excellent breakfast, Elspeth and Richard are very friendly and polite even though I arrived very late, they took all the time to welcome me treated me for a beer and when I had to leave very very early 2 days later they had a take-away breakfast for me.

Fantastic stay in a gorgeous house with the most welcoming of host. Everything was top quality!

Pros: What a beautiful property and location. We were welcomed by the hosts and made to feel like nothing was too much trouble. The house gardens and bedrooms were gorgeous. Breakfast was excellent too. We have all agreed to make it a regular place to return to. We cannot recommend it highly enough.
