Ribble Valley Lodge Retreat

Pros: Lovely comfortable lodge everything you need and great views can imagine it's even more special on a warm sunny day sitting outside on the veranda

Tranquility that heals the heart!

Pros: You know when you book somewhere and read the reviews that say, oh it’s great and it’s fab and think just maybe it will be for us too?! Yes, yes it was! As a result of everything that is within this fantastic Lodge we really did overpack by like half a boot… and we have a big boot! Toiletries in the cabinet, towels, dog towel! Everything that you’d need in the kitchen, actually think it has more avail than in my own! An outstanding view that actually just makes you feel warm and fuzzy! Even in the cold, windy days we had it was still so peaceful and just what was needed. Thanks again, Gaby and Matt!

Cons: That it came to an end ha!

Pros: Beautiful lodge, great amenities, warm, very comfortable bed. Lovely lounge area, comfy sofas, and with fantastic views. Great kitchen facilities, and having the washing machine and second toilet is very handy. Easy to find, able to park car directly outside. Very quiet area, but easy to get to places in the Ribble Valley via car. Gaby and Matt were friendly communicators.

Relaxing stay at a well provided location

Pros: The lodge was super clean, had extras like condiments, toiletries and other personal touches like blankets, tea, coffee and the works. It was in a gorgeous location with amazing views and it was a very comfortable stay. The hosts were friendly but otherwise left me to it, which I appreciated.

Cons: I wasn't keen on the diffusers (there was a diffuser in each room and I'm a bit sensitive to strong smells) but this is largely a personal preference thing which I can appreciate won't apply to most people.

Wonderful lodge in a beautiful location. We loved our stay

Pros: Views, comfy furniture, decor, cosy feel, quiet location In reaching distance of amazing walks and places like Pendle Hill, Skipton and Haworth Felt like home from home. Would be amazing in the summer with views and the weather to sit outside.

Cons: We probably needed 2 single beds as our kids are getting older and won’t share 🫠 Not a criticism just a preference! We made it work… one slept on the very large comfy sofa 😊 Clubhouse was very quiet but we loved to explore the local towns anyway

Very homely relaxing environment

Pros: The lodge was surprisingly large for a 2 bedroom property, as we weren’t arriving until after dark, the host had left some lights on which was very welcoming. The lodge is very well equipped with everything you will need. The views from the decking are lovely such a shame it rained!

Cons: Everything was great

The stay was amazing, I wanted a relaxing weekend and it certainly gave me that.

Pros: The lodge is perfect so comfortable clean and cozy the views are to die for. This was my second visit and I will be back again. Gaby the host is so welcoming and makes sure everything is great with the stay.

We loved the lodge, clean comfortable well equipped and perfect location for a peaceful break

Pros: Fantastic views and setting - whether sat in the super comfortable living space with full glass outlook or on the veranda which was large and well equipped with glass barrier so views were uninterrupted

Cons: Nothing not to love it was fabulous!

Pros: A lovely place for a little break. The views from the lodge are fabulous.
