Pros: Very very good, the bed is supper soft. The living room is very good as the owner so kind to provide us some breakfast and some fun board game for our trip, the heater and hot water work extremely good, really great, we has some stuff to do in Leeds, has to stay in many hotel in Leeds, but so far this is the best. Nothing to complain about, everything is clean and well prepared. The only things was not so good I have to said is the WiFi really weak and unstable, doesn't have signal much in the building as well.

Pros: Freshly decorated, clean, and tidy. Ideally located for Leeds City centre. Good value for money
