Expectations Exceeded!

Pros: Sue and Mark very welcoming and accomodating. Nothing was too much trouble. Amazing place, room was amazing - breakfast was also very yummy and filling. Will be returning! We had room 8 one of the biggest rooms it was stunning.

Cons: No dislikes.

Pros: Lovely setting in the countryside, easy access to Harrogate and Leeds whilst a good starting point for exploring North Yorkshire. Room was super comfortable and appointed to a very high standard. Very attentive and accommodating hosts. Had a great stay and intend to come again.

Exceptional, faultless, incredible breakfast. A MUST stay.

Pros: Cold Cotes was a last minute unexpected booking and were delighted to find it. Everything was PERFECT. The welcome, the HUGE room, the facilities and the breakfast. We simply could not find a single fault and we want to find a reason to go back. They could charge double.

Enjoyable stay

Pros: The room was as pictured and described. Sue and Mark, the hosts, were very friendly and gave a warm welcome. The room was clean and well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The breakfast was great and nice to have a variety of options.

Cons: On arrival it was a little confusing of where to go, especially as it was already dark.

A warm welcoming haven

Pros: Excellent place to stay. Very relaxing. Excellent food and the rooms are lovely. Spotlessly clean and the owner is a warm and friendly lady. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Cons: If I had to niggle about something it would be the pillows. I had to sleep on a cushion but it’s personal choice. Hard to please everyone !

Short stay to celebrate our Anniversary

Pros: Our accommodation was wonderful ! Very clean and comfortable and spacious. Lovely added touches of cake to welcome us , White Company products in the bathroom, and dressing gowns for us both . Breakfast was fabulous and the team there were so welcoming and accommodating . We would definitely stay again .
