Modern Nest

Surprisingly good considering the budget

Pros: The accomodation is very clean & tidy bed was comfortable, shared bathroom clean. For the money its extremely good value if you're on a budget & off road parking was good

Cons: I would have liked some furniture in the room like a bedside cabinet with lamp & table as there room was big enough. Roads are very narrow & tight

Greatest facilities for

Pros: Spotless we are elderly and stayed in a lot off bbs never had such great facilities and value for money its worth double for what they charge and we have paid double in other places and never had such facilities we would love to come back

Lovely clean place and good value

Pros: Lovely place nice kind family and rooms are cleaned daily great for shortterm holiday let stay or contractors etc Abbas kind soul and nice family

Cons: Can't think of anything

Pros: The house was so clean so cozy we didn't want to leave will definitely be going again the information given on arrival was very easy-going and relaxed the whole time was relaxing.

Quality for money

Pros: Very clean place, host is very helpful nothing is to much to ask

Cons: N/a

Cosy, clean, friendly and welcoming house

Pros: Cosy living room and bed, facilities were great, I could use the washing machine and dryer, all cooking appliances etc parking was available most days, the house was very clean too. There were also a few nice takeaways walking distance from the house which was great too. The host was also a really sound guy and he was contactable if you needed anything. Overall, friendly and welcoming experience and I met some nice people at the house too. Thank you Abbas for a great stay 😊

Pros: Nice size room. Lovely comfortable bed. Clean and tidy. Lounge and kitchen available. Parking space. Happy days.

Great place. Great price.

Pros: Abbas was a great host. Checking on guest periodically and making sure their stay was great. The location is perfect for some peace and quiet. Enough space for 3 cars. It had all the facilities in the kitchen. Weather is great everyday near modern nest. Bus stop is nearby and the train station is a 16 min walk. Asda, convi stores and a pharmacy is nearby.

Cons: Some of the guests were not easy to stay with. Most of them were great but few did not follow the house rules. Not an issue on the host.

Exceptional

Pros: Exceptional and beautiful.... Like a diamond in the rough... This place offers more than expected... The facilities are out of this world. The room was so comfortable and clean.. The bathroom was so clean and plenty of washing products in case you forgot your own.. Kitchen was fully equipped , I even washed up cos I didn't want to leave a mess.. Quiet place , nice welcoming front room downstairs. I would 100% recommend the Modern Nest for a stay and will definitely be staying there again when I visit my family Thank you so much and well done 😁

Cons: Nothing to dislike
