Very comfortable night but property needs an upgrade

Pros: Room was clean, bedding and bathroom clean. The guy who greeted us was very friendly. Loved the spa bath

Cons: Property was very dated. Outside and entrance. Furniture in rooms let them down

Pros: Location- within easy reach of town centre Bedroom was cosy and comfortable. Bedroom was a good size, mattress was comfy. Got a good night's sleep.

Cons: Bathroom was a little chilly at times even with the electric heater working in the bedroom ( unable to get the radiators to work ), in the bathroom.

Pros: Friendly welcome. Big warn room, modern bathroom,

Cons: Very noisy bar outside on Saturday night until late.

Pros: Excellent hotel with an amazing room location was excellent 2 mins walk to the town centre

A day in Skipton.

Pros: The location was perfect both for parking and exploring the centre of Skipton. We visited the castle (we had no idea it even existed despite 2 previous trips to Skipton) and thoroughly it. The hotel was also a short walk away from restaurants and pubs which made our evening very relaxed and stress free. The hotel was large and comfortable. Our room was spacious and equipped with TV and large multimedia player with speakers and remote control. The shower was powerful and a smart 1/4 circle design giving lots of room inside. Upon entering the hotel we were greeted by a very friendly and chatty host who even carried some of our bags up a flight of stairs. All in all we enjoyed our stay at Boutique 25

Cons: There was nothing we didn't like.

Excellent value and location. Would recommend.

Pros: Excellent location almost opposite a Wetherspoons pub and max 2 minutes from the main High Street with the award winning Woolly Sheep Inn, where you can get an exceptional steak and ale pie accompanied by a variety of Timothy Taylors ales. The hotel did not provide breakfast but had good tea and coffee making facilities and there were plenty of places in town where on could get a breakfast (Including a bakers and Tesco)

Cons: Bathroom window sill was very wet with condensation. And the extractor fan did not appear to work when one had a shower.

Pros: Great location. Just a couple of minutes into town. Lovely room with jacuzzi bath.

Budget friendly comfortable stay in the heart of Skipton

Pros: The location is fantastic and the rooms are comfortable

Cons: The hot water in the shower was not working in the morning and there was nobody in the reception to talk to about it.

I enjoyed my stay here & would like to stay again on my next visit to Skipton.

Pros: A great hotel. Way better than I was expecting from the reviews. The room was large, tastefully furnished & spotlessly clean. The bed was big & comfortable. There was an electric heater I could turn on or off. There was constant hot water in the bathroom. The owner was friendly & helpful. The location was good being just a short walk from the centre of the town.

Cons: Just a little niggle. The shower was only over head. I would have also liked a hand held attachment.
