Great place for a walk with dogs and relax and unwind whether in the pub or back at the house

Pros: The property was in a prime location, quiet as well with great surrounding walks

Cons: Only the stairs felt a little slippy underfoot with them being wooden

Perfect cottage in the most beautiful village.

Pros: This is such a beautiful cottage in such a gorgeous village. Lorraine has thought of everything, it is like home from home and the cosy lounge with the log fire is perfect after a long walk. It is beautifully decorated, the bed is so comfy and the free standing bath feels so luxurious. Minutes from some fabulous pubs and in the perfect location to explore the neighbouring countryside. Lorraine is such a lovely host too so it makes it the perfect getaway.

Cons: Nothing everything is beautiful.

Pros: Lovely little cottage with everything you need, with some nice treats on arrival. Lovely and clean, original features and the log fire was so nice to use! Roll top bath was a lovely treat too! Brilliant location; a busy village only a short drive from plenty locally to do.

Fabulous little cottage in a great location.

Pros: Lovely little cottage, great location for shops and pubs. Beautifully decorated.

Cons: Parking was on a busy road but we always found a space.

Delightful Cottage stay. Loved it!

Pros: Stunning cottage, we loved it. Well equipped kitchen and arrived to home-made scones, butter and jam; delicious! Milk and juice in the fridge too. Plenty of logs for the log fire. Extras in the bathroom. Place was clean and fresh. Lovely towels and bedding. Small enclosed garden. Thank you to the owner - you do a great job with a lovely cottage :)

Pros: We had the best stay at Lorraine’s property, very relaxing indeed, we had everything we needed and Lorraine was very responsive. We would love to stay again on our next visit to Yorkshire
