Nice cosy and clean.

Pros: Very clean, tidy and well kept bungalow. Warm and cosy. Plenty of parking.

Cons: Didn't realise the second double room was located outside. Not a problem though. Towels need replacing.

Pros: Me, my partner and some friends stayed here over the bank holiday weekend as we were attending Leeds festival for the Sunday. This house was in a perfect location, so we weren't too far away but had somewhere nice and comfy to stay as a group. The house is beautifully decorated, clean, and in a lovley quiet location. Being able to sit in the garden in the morning with a coffee and have the view we had was brill! The owner was beyond helpful thought from booking to the end. Thank you for such a lovley stay!

Great Place - very quiet

Pros: Everything was great. Communication was good everything went to plan. It would be nice to have a drop of milk so you can make a quick brew as you arrive before finding a shop.. but realise that’s a bit Extra, although lots of places do that little touch and it is appreciated after a long drive.

Modern bungalow in a nice location.

Pros: A clean, modern bungalow in a quiet area. Lovely back garden overlooking fields, with outdoor furniture. A great location for exploring Yorkshire, just off the A1.

Cons: Annexe room a little small for ease of movement round the bed. 5 adults had 4 dining chairs. Not a problem for us because of the length of stay, but would be irritating if we'd wanted to have main meals there.
