Market Square

A lovely stay in an exceptional property.

Pros: The property is really comfortable and very attractive with high quality furnishings. Everything we needed was available. This time we didn't cook but we would have enjoyed spending more time in the kitchen cooking and eating, if we had been there longer. Both bedrooms are lovely with qualty bedding. The bathroom is exceptional and the lounge offers a very spacious and relaxing space. The location is perfect with the village shop below and access to the bars and restaurants around the square. There's no parking so we left our cars in the main carpark which is just a few minutes walk away. It cost £8 for 48 hours. We didn't have any problem dropping things off at the apartment before parking.

Access needs to be made more safe before a severe accident.

Pros: The appartment was just like the photos. We really enjoyed our stay.

Cons: Access to the flat needs a step down from the wall by the metal steps, is quite dangerous in the dark as the outside light does not come on until you have took that leap of faith off the top of the wall to the slippery when wet wooden decking boards.

Market Square Grassington

Pros: This flat was spotless. All home comforts and more. Even had a Quooker for hot and cold drinks. Not suitable for some disabled people. Right in the heart of Grassington.

Cons: We are in our 70's, and a chair in the bedroom would have been great, but just took one from dinning area. Also a full length mirror would be good, but really nothing much to say other than spotless, tastefully decorated and we were super pleased with the flat.

Pros: Perfect apartment with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Very spacious and decorated to an extremely high standard. Beds were comfortable for a good nights sleep.

excellent home from home

Pros: breakfast wasn't in the deal , the apartment was like new , was fully equipped with everything we needed , parking was advertised but wasn't available central location couldn't fault it .hopefully we will return and would 100% recommend it to anyone

Pros: The property catered for all of our needs and the location was perfect to explore the village and surrounding areas. The rooms were modern, comfortable and well equipped.

Cons: Access to the property was up a flight of outside stairs, not a problem for us but would not be suitable for someone with poor mobility. Also no parking on-site although we did manage to park close by.

A wonderful stay in a beautiful place in a fabulous village .

Pros: The flat is beautifully finished to a high standard. It has everything you need. The place is immaculately clean and well presented . The flat’s location is a brilliant overlooking the square and in easy walking distance to restaurants and shops. There is a local bus stop close by, with routes to skipton and local areas .

Cons: The chap who gave us the key from the store on arrival was rather grumpy. He appeared not to be aware of our arrival and we were an obvious inconvenience. He informed there was no designated parking at the rear of the property. We manage to park by drawing up very close to the stone wall leaving enough space for cars to get through,it was fine . The front bedroom is a little noisy in the mornings with deliveries but nothing too bad . We got back off to sleep ok. It would have been nice to have rock salt available to put down on the walkway to the steps,as these were very slippery with ice and snow.

Just Perfect

Pros: Our stay at Market Square was just perfect. The apartment was immaculate and so homely we couldn’t of wished for better. The location was spot on with the added bonus of a parking space. We will definitely be returning again to stay there when we’re next up Yorkshire way. Thank you for making our stay so memorable.

An excellent place to stay, in a great location for exploring the southern Yorkshire Dales.

Pros: Great location, right in the heart of Grassington. The flat was very clean, spacious, warm and comfortable, furnished and equipped to a high standard. Loved the bathroom! We would definitely stay here again.

Cons: Access at the rear of the flat up a metal staircase in the pouring rain was not ideal, but we were made aware of the stairs when we booked. Would prove challenging for anyone with mobility issues. Mirrors are definitely needed in the bedrooms. There was no cafetiere.
