House, location and owner excellent. Agents need to improve their services, to paying customers.

Cons: The house was brilliant, we met the host, who was excellent and informative. What I didn't like was dealing with the agents / customer services. After receiving an email 4 days before I travel, of a possible issue, I needed advice to resolve my concern. It's was difficult to actually speak to someone. It took me nearly two days of numerous phone calls to talk to an operative, who even then seemed reluctant to help me with the question I needed to ask. I won't be using these services again. Unless there's a big improvement to customer services, where it's easy to speak directly to someone rather than send emails or messages through AI when there is an issue. Where are the people skills, we are humans not computers, we are not all tech wizz kids.

Pros: The property was in a great location with the added bonus of a parking space. It was well equipped and very comfortable. The hosts were great and very welcoming

Pros: This cosy property is right in the centre of Grassington with a shop across the road for all your essentials. The cottage is so well equipped and the little touches left for us were much appreciated, the bestest ginger biscuits 😊 Our host gave us an insight into the history of the cottage and made us feel so welcome. We will definately return to No2 The Square, thank you.

Pros: Lovely old property in the centre of Grassington.. Well stocked. Altogether a comfortable place to spend a few days.

Pros: Central location, warm throughout all day and night, soft cosy towels and bedding, comfortable bed, spotlessly clean.
