Warm & Cosy start to the New Year

Pros: It was nice and warm on arrival which was very welcome as it was freezing! Easy to find with parking outside. Great communication with the St Mathews View Team. Perfect for what we needed.

Pros: Really lovely little cottage, Completed to a high standard. Warm and cosy Bed was cosy Great TV and channels Complimentary tea and coffee Only stayed one night

Cons: This isn't that I didn't like. Some people may not like the road noise it's wasn't an issue for us. The microwave was to high up on top of the fridge. It wasn't a issue as only there one night would be if stayed longer. Positives outweigh minor negative

A comfortable stay.

Pros: Convenience, proximity of bus stops to & from Halifax, Bellisa Italian restaurant, Lyddgate fish & chip shop (unfortunately not open during stay) & Sainsbury's local shop. Spacious well equipped kitchen/lounge area. Large screen smart tvs in lounge & bedroom with generous programme packages. Well equipped bathroom .

Cons: Local traffic noise, busy main road to Bradford. Downstairs hanging space for coats.

Excellent

Pros: We stayed a St Matthews View for 1 night to attend a gig at the Piece Hall. It was in the perfect location and really good value for money. The house was in pristine condition and had everything you needed. I would highly recommend staying here. Check in/check out was easy. It was a perfect little house for a short stay.

Perfect location and beautiful well kept house!

Pros: The property was a perfect location for what we needed and it was spotless!

Cons: There was everything you needed in the property and it was a short walk to the nearest shops or pub. Also places to eat near by and a short bus or taxi ride in to Halifax!

Modern, comfortable cottage with great facilities and parking.

Pros: Absolutely lovely house. Nicely decorated, extremely clean and super comfortable. Had all the conveniences needed for a great stay and the bed was super comfy. There was also two big TVs in the living room and bedroom. We stayed for a concert in Halifax and was just a short taxi ride into the town (bus stop also across the road). Parking right outside. Couple of pubs and restaurants nearby. 100% would recommend.

Would definitely stay here again.

Pros: We were staying in Halifax for an event at ther Piece Hall. The house is on a convenient bus route, so we left our car parked at the property. It felt very safe. The property has been renovated and decorated to the highest standard. The host has provided everything you might need, from toiletries to teabags.
