Great cottage in Halifax

Pros: A fantastic cottage with parking and all the comforts of home. Nice touch that the host Simon provided some milk. Local Tesco supermarket is a 10-minute walk from the cottage. 3 minutes by car. Excellent access to the motorway and main arterial roads. Have stayed at the cottage twice now and would highly recommend.

Coach House Halifax

Pros: Everything was spot on, such a lovely little cottage. Very quiet and peaceful. The place was clean and tidy. We had lovely hosts as well.

Cons: Nothing to dislike.

Attractive well equipped property which met our expectations.

Pros: N/ A. Location was fine as we were visiting friends who lived close by.

Cons: We found the sloping ceilings in the bedroom a bit difficult.

Spotlessly clean and cosy cottage in good location

Pros: We thoroughly enjoyed our 4 night stay at this lovely property. The Coach House is spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The bed, sofa and armchair are extremely comfortable and the facilities are excellent, including a dishwasher, washer/dryer, coffee machine, electric clothes airer, electric fan and more. We appreciated the large bath, as well as a powerful shower, with plentiful hot water. Hotel standard bedding is provided, along with large soft bath sheets. The house is located in a pleasant, quiet area, a comfortable walk away from the centre. It also benefits from a lovely enclosed garden. The house is obviously well cared for and we appreciated the hospitality and warm welcome from our hosts. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Great location, lovely homely cottage

Pros: Great location, we watched a show at Victoria Theatre, 10minute walk into town or a few £ in a taxi. Lovely and quiet location too, tucked down a side street, no passing traffic or outsode noise. Cottage itself had everything we needed and more. Hosts made sure we had everything and knew where they were if we needed them - we didn't, everything was exactly as described. Would love to return soon.

Wonderful experience!

Pros: We absolutely loved it. Myself and my partner stayed here for 4 nights whilst I was attending a course in Halifax. We were welcomed by Simon who helped us to settle into the coach house. We absolutely fell in love with this little gem and couldn’t have been more looked by our host during our stay. One of the days we had a heavy snow and he very kindly shovelled the drive so that we could get in and out with the car. The facilities were great and the little added touches of providing a bottle of milk in the fridge was greatly appreciated. Highly recommend! Thank you Simon for a wonderful stay.

Pros: Perfect! Walking distance to the Piece Hall (Halifax centre), attentive host, clean, privacy with all the needed facilities and more. Pretty secluded garden and tastefull interieur Coach House.
