Comfortable but unlikely to stay again.

Pros: The cottage was quaint and well decorated and the bed was comfortable.

Cons: There were no bins upstairs. As a female there should have been at least one in the bathroom and ideally in each bedroom. There was a slightly damp smell. The parking situation isn't good. I was ubable to park outside the property as the road is narrow. I could sometimes park in the coutyard at the top. One day there was nowhere to park and everywhere on street is either pay and display (meaning I'd have to go out regularly to pay) or was permit holders only. In the end I had to leave the car at my mum's and get a lift to the cottage and back again the following day which was inconvenient and kinda defeated the purpose of getting a car and somewhere to stay outside of the town centre. The most stressful part was the lack of clear direction about how to find the property. I arrived at 1am and the sat nav took me to Pulmans Yard which is very close by but there is no through access with a car. It was pitch black. Fortunately I could see a neighbour was up and he told me how to access the property. I had stuff to unload so drove the car down only to find there was nowhere to park. Getting the car back out again was extremely difficult due to the narrow road and lack of lighting. By day the property is very welcoming. As a single female, approaching at night when unable to park close by was quite unsettling. Also, I did email to tell you but when I hung the towel on the towel holder one of the fixings came off. I tried to secure it but I couldn't so I left the fixings in the soap dish. For me, the difficulty accessing the property and not being able to easily get near to load and unload in the dark means I most likely wouldn't stay here again. Perhaps a light at the top of the road down might have made it feel a bit more welcoming.

Pros: Very nice property warm and very clean. Logs for the fire kitchen well equipped

Cons: Thought the directions could be a bit more detailed .not a easy property to find with just the postcode Cooker trays not clean No directions as to what to do with the rubbish when you left

Pros: Nice little house it was cozy and quaint in a select part of Halifax

Cons: The toaster burnt no matter how low it was set, toilet holder was loose TV was not set to regular channels, also the windows were a bit of a mystery as they could not open on some and could not open on others

Perfect accommodation.

Pros: Very beautiful home. Beautiful furnishings. Comfy beds. Lovely and clean. In a really good location. Close to the centre.

Fantastisch

Pros: Het huisje was knus en had alles wat we nodig hadden. Ook fijn dat om de hoek verschillende winkeltjes en een pub zijn.

Cons: Het was alleen lastig om de auto te parkeren zonder vergunning. Op een kwartier lopen, bij het park konden we het voor 4uur lang gratis parkeren. Langs de weg is het voor vergunninghouders of betaald parkeren.

Pros: Soepele check in. Charmant gezellig huisje met alle voorzieningen die wij nodig hadden.

Cons: De bank en het bed waren niet super comfortabel.

Pros: Séjour très agréable dans cette charmante maison. Bien placé avec des commerces et transports à proximité..
