Excellent value for money in a great location.

Pros: Very weird equipped and lots of local information.

Cons: 1980’s decor. Outside space could be more inviting.

Lovely Base in The Dales

Pros: The cottage and location were perfect for a quiet week of walking in the Dales. The cottage was very comfortable and well equipped. Hawes was only 5 mins drive away (or a lovely 60 min walk) and has a wonderful baker, butchers and chip shop.

Cons: The only missing facility was wifi, but we knew that when we booked and checked that there was good 4G coverage in the area, so it was not a huge issue.
