Very cosy little cottage to enjoy the dales from

Pros: Lovely little cottage kept us dry from the storm! Great location for lots to do in the dales

Cons: The chairs! Sofa are a little uncomfortable but that is all, the place is excellent

Great base for the area

Pros: Everything you could need was provided. Dont worry if you forget anything.

Cons: The lack of identified parking was an issue. Internal doors could do with updating, gaps reduce privacy. However, having said this, it would only be an issue if not sharing with immediate family. Reading through the guest book, people leave great feedback.

Weekend break with family.

Pros: Great little holiday home. 4 of us stayed for the weekend. About 1 mile outside Hawes. It has everything you need for a lovely break. View from the front bedroom window is awesome. Great facilities, log burner is a nice touch. Comfortable beds,.

Fantastic stay , the view from the front bedroom window was fantastic, loved my stay here and will stay here again

Pros: The property was immaculate and extremely well equipped, and the bed was extremely comfortable I don’t remember sleeping so well away from home , loved the sound of lambs instead of the M62 on waking up , would have happily stayed longer

Cons: There were only 2 problems with the property , as I took my mum away for the night the steps on entry were a bit difficult for her to navigate without a hand rail and she would have preferred a separate shower as she couldn’t get in and out of the bath safely as she can only use one arm properly as for myself being a young whippersnapper at 53 I didn’t have a problem with either
