Perfect location for a wonderful trip to Haworth.
Pros: I loved the fact that all the main boutique shops, pubs, the church and parsonage were literally a stones throw away from the cottage. The cottage itself is cosy and compact and has everything one needs for a comfortable stay. The bed in the back bedroom was very comfortable and gave a good nights sleep. The chairs were also very comfortable, however if 4 people were staying, there are only 3 lounge chairs to sit on which could be a bit of an issue. The hosts, Liz and Andy went above and beyond to sort out a minor issue whilst we were there, which was very reassuring. We appreciated the bottle of good quality wine also as a little welcome.
Cons: There were a couple of things which were out of the control of the hosts, the โfreeโ parking is now not technically free, in order to park in the nearby privately owned car park, you need to buy a book for ยฃ10 for 3 days from the owner, and then get parking. Because we stayed for 4 nights, we had no option other than to buy 2 books for ยฃ20. However, it is still probably cheaper than staying in the local authority owned car parks, many of which are not 24 hours. I also disliked the bathroom being downstairs, but this was listed on the property description. It made it awkward for coming downstairs in the middle of the night or showering and having to go upstairs to dress. These minor points however did not detract from a lovely stay at Hedgehog Cotttage.

Pros: Superb location, we stepped out of the front door each morning to see the top of the cobbled hill! Great little lounge area, perfect for relaxing in after a busy day out & about. Parking very close by & easy to sort, Ted is on the ball with it all! Be sure to check out the Old Post Office for drinks & small plates (fish cakes were amazing!) We also had breakfast at Cobbles & Clay - very friendly cafe!

Perfect! Home from Home
Pros: Everything, the kitchen was so well equipped and lovely , the kitchen table was genius, the gate at the top of the stairs to stop the dogs going up was amazing! The garden was perfect . The car park was ยฃ10 for 3 days but you could choose a book written by the owner of the car park and his son, and the money then went to charity, as there were a few war related books I got one for my dad for his birthday and the chap signed it for him, dad loved it and said he couldnโt put it down โa very good readโ

Fabulous cottage and location!
Pros: Great location. Gorgeous little cottage with lovely garden, comfortable beds and everything we needed for our three night stay. Parking was easy in a nearby car park. Very dog friendly and our pup had a lovely time. The village of Haworth is beautiful and quaint with lots of eating and drinking places and lovely shops. A short walk to the station and you can take a steam train ride. We visited Hebden Bridge as well which is worth a visit. Thank you for our stay and for the lovely home made cake on our arrival!
Cons: We liked almost everything. But the only thing I would say was a downside was the noise and smell from the extractor fan from the pub opposite the main bedroom. No fault of the cottage though and it didn't spoil it for us.
