Pros: Reasonably priced, convenient for concert at the Arena and had parking.

Pros: Easy to self check in and check out. Nice large bedrooms. Lovely bathroom, all nice and clean. There are plenty of food outlets locally, which were really nice. Taxi into leeds Centre was £7. The host was nice and helpful. Would stay again if in leeds.

Cons: Stairs a bit steep, no problem for us but maybe difficult for other guests. The area is not great, but there are plenty of nice food venues locally.
