Fantastic well equipped cottage in a central location in beautiful Leyburn

Pros: Great central location in brilliant town of Leyburn. Great independent shops, nice pubs and a short drive from many attractions such as Aysgarth Falls and Forbidden Corner. Cottage was very well equipped, lovely welcome hamper which had essentials in. Beautiful main bedroom, comfortable second bedroom with two single beds. Great communication re collecting keys and how to fine the cottage and parking space. Would highly recommend.

Cons: Very dusty under sofa and dog hairs on some fabrics which was soff putting especially as I'm allergic to dogs. However I knew it was dog friendly so still rated it highly for all of the other positive aspects.

A home away from home

Pros: The best equipped self-catering I've ever stayed in. A true home away from home with everything you think you might need and more. The location was fantastic - just a few steps into Leyburn market square. Comfortable and beautifully decorated. Would recommend to all and will definitely return.

Cons: The sign for which car parking space was allocated to the cottage was absent which resulted in us being in the way of the neighbour, but a minor issue! Absolutely nothing to not like about Goose Cottage.
