A relaxing adventure in the Yorkshire Dales !

Pros: Very cozy, clean and comfortable - great location - lovely walks from the door ! Sitting out with a coffee , listening to the river that flowed beside us was lovely too . There’s also a train station in the village . So much to see and explore .The village shop was friendly and had plenty for our first meal.

Cons: There wasn’t anything to dislike

Plagued by bad luck otherwise great.

Pros: Very cosy and comfy. The hosts were brilliant, we were unfortunate to have a single and double puncture during the week and the owners could not have done more to help. Lovely quiet sitting area at the back beside a river. Great for wildlife watching.

Cons: The cottage is right on the junction of two busy roads so the front of the house can be very noisy.

Pros: Lovely location for exploring the dales. Beautiful cottage and lovely welcome pack, we really enjoyed our stay. Thank you

Cons: There is a busy junction close to the property which didn't bother us at all, There are steps and cobblestones to access the property which may be difficult for elderly guests and wheelchair users..

comfortable stay

Pros: Stunning views, gardens, free view tv in most rooms which was really needed for us as we stayed for 3 weeks whilst we completed on a property we was buying. loved the wood burning stoves, felt really cosy, relaxed lovely and warm. washing facilities really good with an old fashioned clothes aider above the fire.
