Absolutely beautiful, just what we were looking for!

Pros: Beautiful place, very clean and comfortable! We will be back.

Cons: Lack of parking, but not a major issue as co-op car park is right behind the property

Our grandsons are already planning our next visit!

Pros: Great central location, with everything we needed for a very enjoyable and comfortable stay.

A few of days in Yorkshire

Pros: Perfectly located to explore all of Masham. Less than 5 minutes walk to both Theakston and Black Sheep Breweries. Search Barn is very spacious inside with great high vaulted ceilings. Kitchen is well kitted out and more than capable for cooking substantial meals. Parking is just outside the accomodation, be considerate as the other residents cottages also need to park their cars so ensure you don't block people in or block them from being able to park. We just parked parallel to the barn and close to the wall. The road is a tight alley but regular sized vehicles will get through no problem. There's is a small court yard garden should you visit in the warmer and dryer months. Located directly behind a coop so ideal for picking up essentials. Great base for access to the delights of the Yorkshire countryside.

Cons: We didn't use the second bedroom but if it was to be used, note it has only a curtain for a door and is viewable from the lounge. We had no complaints, was perfect for what we wanted.

Pros: Absolutely beautiful inside, everything you could hope for and a little bit more. Fantastic lounge area with very comfortable seating, kitchen very well equipped, beds comfortable, lovely large bathroom. Great location away from traffic noise but within 5 mins walk of town centre. Co-op store 2 mins away. Even better that the 2 breweries of Masham are a very short walk away.

Cons: The skylight in main bedroom, very bright from 4am as there is no way of stopping light coming in. Could do to look at this. Proper welcome pack would be helpful. Lastly at this price point you usually get free toiletriss, shower gel, shampoo as a minimum.

Lovely property, bit more info would be helpful

Pros: Lovely clean airy building in great setting, tastefully decorated and furnished. Co-op next door.

Cons: Some clarity about where to park would be helpful; various neighbours asked us to move further up or down (at all times immediately outside the building, not outside anyone else's property)...moved the 2 smallish cars 3 times altogether. The velux window over downstairs bedroom really needs a blind - very bright 4am onwards. The photo of outside area w bottle of wine in sunshine is misleading as no afternoon/evening sun in June. Someone must have been having breakfast wine....

Pros: Setch Barn is right in the centre of Masham. It is located at the end of a quiet lane and we could park right outside the property. The breweries are both easy walking distance and there are a number of walks you can do from the property.

Good location

Pros: Comfy bed and sofa Well equipped kitchen but could not find any dishwasher tablets

Cons: No blind in bedroom skylight so awake at dawn No information pack

Quirky house with good facilities and location

Pros: Great centrally located property with lovely features Immaculate Would recommend

Brilliant barn in fantastic location

Pros: Excellent location for what we wanted. Plenty of room to lounge around when we needed to rest up.

Cons: The second bedroom was a poor design, could easily have had a double bed

Quality accommodation in a central but quiet location.

Pros: The barn was spotlessly clean and comfortable, with quality furnishings and fittings.

Cons: I have no complaints!
