A wonderful property for a large family

Pros: What a wonderful property! We are a family of 7 adults and 2 kids. Plenty of room for everyone, we didn't even use all the bedrooms! The location is terrific, bus stop exactly outside the door with frequent buses to city centre. The best part was the very large and comfortable space in the lounge and dining area! We enjoyed every minute! Well maintained, clean, fully stocked kitchen. Also the owners are extremely responsive to questions. Huge recommendation

Cons: No problems at all! We liked everything

Pros: Well furnished and suitably equipped house for our group, 8 retired men on a golfing break. Comfortable beds.

Cons: Water ingress damage on a bedroom ceiling, which was unsightly and unpleasant, as the damaged plaster could flake over pillows. I reported this to Pure Stay but they said they knew about it. This really needs to be addressed as a matter of urgency. Less of an issue were the cracked sink and broken fence panel at the rear of the property - again known to Pure Stay. When you have paid a security deposit of £250, it's worrying finding damage that hasn't been recorded in the inventory sent to you before your stay. I should say deposit was promptly returned in full.
