Pros: A nice property, well located. Recently been updated with nice bathroom and kitchen. Jacob, the owner, was also helpful and stayed in touch to ensure all is goodl

Cons: It was difficult to access the property in car from the front of the house on Dewsbury road . Perhaps a bit of information that access from Syke close would have helped. one of the sofas are perhaps broken and need changing. Not comfortable to sit upon. Also the mattress is double bed is not comfortable either. We slept on it first night and had to use the bedroom with single beds for the remaining nights of our stay.

We really enjoyed our stay and Jacob was a great host.

Pros: The property was warm and clean and welcoming. We were grateful the heating had been put on as it was freezing! There was also condiments we could use and the beds, quilts and pillows were very comfortable.

Cons: There was not enough bath towels for us all, although there were plenty of hand towels.

Would stay again hosts are amazing

Pros: Great location for everything we needed. The property was perfectly clean and cosy. Private parking was excellent and a football mad son who enjoyed the garden space. Jacob went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Even brought us a bottle of wine and my children some fizzy. Would recommend the property to anyone looking to stay in the area. Had a great time

Pros: The home is a nice area and right next to a bus stop if you're using public transport. There are major shops nearby, Aldi and Asda and it's a lovely walk around the area. The home was really nice and cosy and comfortable. The kitchen and dining area are beautiful and get a lot of natural light.

Cons: The home was a bit warm, so very well insulated for the autumn, winter and cold spring, but a little too hot for summer. Perhaps bring your own fan. But other that it was perfect.
