Greenfield Cottage

Pros: Lovely cottage. 3 good bedrooms. Main double was decorated beautifully. The heating was just right. We didnt need to use the log burner. Water pressure great. Kitchen had everything you needed to cook if you wanted to. The consideration of the owners showed. It was more like a cosy home rather than a souless holiday let. Oakworth has 2 pubs. Only one (Golden Fleece) served food. Unfortunately we were unable to eat there on the evening we wanted to because there was a ticketed bonfire event taking place for the loval residents. On the advice of a local family we jumped in the car drove about a mile on to the moors whete we had a lovely meal at The Grouse. There were some great walks of varying lengths in the area. Overall great place to stay.

Extremely comfortable and well-equipped cottage with thoughtful hosts

Pros: Beautiful cottage, thoughtfully presented and equipped, very comfortable beds - right on edge of Oakworth, very close to Haworth, and the moors.

Cons: Parking outside the cottage was a bit tricky at first (quite steep hill) but we soon got the hang of it (we live in a very flat part of the UK!). We forgot to bring our coffee pot, and that was the only thing not provided (but we managed by improvising with some coffee filter papers we bought!).

Cosy, comfortable, exactly what we wanted

Pros: Amazing cottage, welcome pack was lovely, could have stayed for much longer

Cons: Everything was perfect

Perfect homely cottage in an excellent location, will definitely book again

Pros: The welcome pack and fresh flowers were a very special touch and a welcome surprise Information on the property and area Every detail thought about, very well equipped

Pros: A lovely property, very cosy living space, could tell it is well cared for. Hosts had kindly left us some scones, a bottle of milk and sparkling wine. Good location close to Haworth, with lots to do in the area. There are also pubs and a shop in the village. Parking space for 2 cars on the road.

Cons: The twin bedroom in the attic was cool on an Autumn night.

Beautiful cottage

Pros: The cottage is beautiful throughout and was well equipped. The little extras like the prosecco and scones made it that little bit more special. The location is great. We called to Holden Park during our stay which is in the village and is really nice and quirky. Its also easy to get into Haworth, we caught the steam train there which was fantastic. We really enjoyed every minute of our stay.

Cons: There wasn't a tea towel so we couldn't dry the pots and we didn't think to bring one, apart from that, everything was perfect.

We enjoyed it

Pros: The log burner and also the fact it has a large kitchen for dining

Cons: The attic bedroom can get very cold on a night time causing me and my partner to have a cold some nights we had to put the heating on just to avoid being cold up there but the other bedrooms seemed good

Loved it , we will be back !

Pros: It was our home away from home , no stone left unturned from the owners . We felt very comfortable and relaxed in the cottage , we absolutely loved it !

Cons: Simply to say but nothing, it was perfect

Roomy and very comfortable place to stay for family.

Pros: Very neat and comfy. Welcome goodies were a pleasant surprise. Host very responsive.

Cons: Nothing.
