The Marmot

Pros: Fantastic stay in the apartment. Well equipped, beautiful decor, nice big bath and shower and plenty of hot water, beautiful livingroom and fully equipped kitchen. Excellent location for town and attractions. Excellent value for money. I expected to hear some noise being so close to town and the main road. But it was very peaceful even in the livingroom at the front of the house. Nicole was an excellent host, very easy to get hold of and prompt to respond both prior to and after our stay and accommodating to our needs. Would highly recommend The Marmot. Pros: We had a lovely overnight stay at the Marmot. The room was beautifully furnished, well equipped & spotlessly clean. The bathroom was huge & to a very high spec, with lovely toiletries. We appreciated the snacks & fresh milk provided. The location is perfect, so close to the centre of Harrogate. Communication from the host was excellent. The only downside was there were no parking spaces left & we were given the location of a car park nearby.

Pros: Good location, easy check in. Lovely rooms, bathroom was amazing! Little kitchen area was great and would be useful for a longer stay.

Cons: Listed as with parking available but there was none. There is a car park very close which we used.

Cons: Would’ve preferred no additional parking charge but I understand why it was there.

Pros: Spotlessly clean and nice decor. Location ideal right next to the town centre, but quiet at night. This was our second stay here.

So good we came back

Pros: Second time staying here, different room this time. Location is perfect, room is great with a very firm and comfy bed, bathroom gigantic, handy little kitchenette in bedroom, lovely and warm on a cold winter’s day, pristinely clean. Highly recommend!

Excellent value for money, good location.

Pros: We stayed in Room 1, very comfortable plenty of space. Had everything you could need.

Cons: Sofa bed was a bit tired structurally. We only used it as a sofa but the top part did tend to slide forwards when sitting.
