The Pines Treehouse at Treetops Hideouts

The best relaxing getaway you would want before the regular stress leading up to Christmas.

Pros: This cosy and well-looked after property is the perfect place for a getaway in a scenic and peaceful location. The owners are a delight to deal with! Offering personal touches to our stay such as a bottle of milk, some orange juice and a loaf of freshly baked bread. Richmond town centre is a short drive away as well as several large supermarkets, meaning we could spend most of our time in this wonderful place. Tending to the fire, watching movies on one of the many streaming platforms, having a dip in the jacuzzi or cooking in the kitchen (stocked with everything you might need!) This place is really special to us now as my boyfriend decided to propose to me here! We will absolutely be back in the future! Thank you for making our weekend so special!

Cons: Nothing!!!

Pros: A very tranquil and peaceful place to recharge and relax unreal views and actually felt like you were in the trees. And lovely seeing the wildlife.

The most perfect little place

Pros: What can we say? Absolute tranquility. We enjoyed a 2 night minimoon here and it was perfect. The design, the facilities, the small touches - everything was just amazing. The fire pit, the indoor fire, the outdoor shower, the hot tub, the windows - every detail has been put together with such thought and care. We didn't want for anything! There's a projector available for movie nights and we were even given homemade bread, milk and juice on arrival. Just wonderful!! We'll definitely be back next year!

Relaxing, peaceful and cosy stay in a unique treehouse

Pros: We loved how one with nature the property felt and how a lot of it was hand built by the host himself. It felt very unique and quirky. It was so relaxing and cosy.

Perfect relaxing and luxurious getaway

Pros: The property and surroundings are absolutely beautiful. You can tell a lot of love has gone into creating the space, the attention to detail is stunning and it has everything you need. We loved the woodfired hot tub and outdoor space and there are incredible views from the deck. The new lower deck with the firepit is such a great addition, we loved sitting there just watching the cows in the distance and enjoying the countryside. It's also only 45 minutes or so walk through the fields into Richmond which we enjoyed doing on one of the days. This is the perfect place for a quiet relaxing escape and we would love to return in the future.

Cons: We loved everything! This isn't a criticism but there just needs to be a mat or something under the dartboard as a couple of ours fell through the gaps between the decking.

Pros: What an idyllic place, total tranquility in a beautiful setting. The Tree House itself is well thought out, comfortable and warm with all the amenities you could want. The perfect location to unwind and recharge your batteries ready to re-enter the madness of the outside world. Ahhhhhh.

Exceeded all expectations and very relaxing!

Pros: We loved the attention to detail on arrival. Fresh bread, milk and orange juice provided. Hosts were very welcoming and showed us around. The hot tub and fire pit add that extra R and R! Just what we needed.
