we enjoyed our stay lots of space and always able to find parking

Pros: the location was great for Richmond town centre it was within walking distance has a steep hill which was difficult for one of our group

Cons: lack of cleaning products

Loved Richmond and surrounding areas , house was brilliant , some small adjustments could make it even better

Pros: Property was superb and well equipped with everything you need for a holiday

Cons: Court yard area could be nicer and walk in path is unlit and not flat , bins situation on walk in path isn’t good as your sharing with the other house and fills up quickly, looked like it hadn’t been emptied for what looked like a few weeks and was very smelly and attracted wasps and flys to the area which we had to walk past every day in and out the property several times , bottom stairs were difficult for elderly parents we travelled with as they didn’t have a banister or hand rail resulting in myself to go up or down with them every time to help .

Great house in a good town in a quiet location

Pros: There was free parking outside the property which was useful. There was a bit of a walk into town but that meant that it was quiet. Each bedroom had an ensuite which was ideal when travelling with a group of friends. The large living room was very comfortable

Cons: There was a faint damp smell in one of the bedrooms as it was slightly below ground. The house was cold downstairs when we arrived despite it being a warm day. The heating was off so it was difficult to dry towels. The towel radiator was cold.

Outstanding experience

Pros: Everything we needed for a comfortable stay was provided. Every detail had been thoughtfully arranged, and we truly felt cared for throughout our time there. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Pros: The annexe was very comfortable plenty of facilities, my elderly parents found the stairs to the upper floor difficult as no rail. The rooms were very clean but the beams and sky lights were covered in dust and cobwebs.

Excellent location for 6 people.

Pros: Location was excellent for walks into town and the riverside walk. Bedrooms were good and the beds were comfortable. Very good for 6 people to stay in comfort.

Cons: The only real comment was the lack of a dishwasher in the kitchen.

Pros: Very pleasant location near the river and a short uphill walk to the town centre Very spacious and comfortable with everything you would need. 3 En-suite bedrooms Ideal for a getaway with friends.

Pros: Great to have 3 en suite bathrooms. Comfortable beds. Super location. Highly recommend.

Did enjoy our stay and would go back, just ashame about the cleanliness issues

Pros: Plenty of room for our group, good location and quiet

Cons: Had to drop lucky to get a parking spot near the property. Has you entered the property we were greeted with both bins overflowing and open full bin bags at the side of the bins with soiled nappies showing. Could do with a good clean inside and out.
