Quiet and accommodating, position perfect to explore the area

Pros: Position in a quiet location but easily accessible from main road. Host very accommodating as she kindly gave us some eggs, bread, butter homemade jams and milk.

Lovely couple of days

Pros: Had a lovely stay at the Annex, Very warm welcome and nice welcome pack. Everything was clean and tidy. Kitchen had everything we needed. Perfect for the two of us.Comfortable bed. Great location with a very kind and wonderful host.

Really enjoyed our stay. Excellently equipped if you want to cook and good local pubs if you don’t.

Pros: Fresh eggs and homemade jams. Excellent gastro pub a short walk away. Quick access to Ripon and Fountains Abbey. Lovely and quiet.

Cons: The settee was quite low and not very comfortable

perfect ideal local location

Pros: Perfect littlew cottage we went to a wedding locally Grantley Hall and great to have pub across the road for lunch and breakfast . Clean and Tidy with welcome pack on arrival for a cuppa and toast very nice . Lovley area to explore and would go back .

Would i stop again.... yes i would

Pros: Beautiful location. Amazing lady. Great pub within 200m . And the chickens were very educational.

Cons: My only gripe was not having a comfortable chair to sit in.

Just perfect!

Pros: Just perfect. Spotlessly clean, everything we needed and the owner couldn’t have been better. So kind, helpful and relaxed with our dog. Bread, milk,butter, eggs and homemade jam was an amazing treat. Thank you Anne.

Cons: We liked everything about it and will definitely be back again.

Amazing

Pros: Wonderful. The house is very nice. We appreciated the kitchen and the bathroom. Perfect localization. Just a few miles away of Fountains abbey, an amazing place. Not far from York too. The garden is very nice when you have kids.
