Clean, comfortable, spacious and well equipped house

Pros: Spacious inside and outside. Well equipped, comfortable and clean.

Pros: A lovely stay to kick off the school holidays. The cottage is spacious and has everything you need to make it a home away from home. Feels very secluded but is only a 20 min walk or 5 min drive into Ripon. The garden is so peaceful and we spent a lot of time relaxing and nature spotting out there. Would definitely stay again.

Pros: A great location on the edge of town, with open aspect to fields. Very well equipped kitchen and some nice “goodies” left as a treat.

Pros: Lovely well presented, clean property. On the edge of Ripon over looking fields. Ideal for country folk like us over looking countryside but near the amenities.

Cons: Took us a while to figure out how to get e ough hot water for 4 adults in a morning.

Great value for money, safe for young child, very comfortable and convenient to attractions.

Pros: As a family of 6 comprising two great grandparents, two parents and two great grandchildren aged 4 and 2 years, the house/location/secure garden/easy access to our beloved Brimham Rocks was just what we wanted and needed. Liked full information for finding the keysafe, easy access, welcome pack of basics...a beer in the fridge!!.......freezer blocks....two parking discs for town parking......and all very clean. The beds were very comfortable, the bedding was good quality AND there were large bath towels.....a real luxury. Easy to use TV controller with Netflix and Youtube. Lots of lovely childrens books.....Charlotte had us repeatedly reading one about the Scarecrows wedding ...we'll have to buy the book!! Lots of games to play. There was seating and table in the garden where we could relax at the end of active days.

Cons: The only drawback is that there's only the one toilet/bathroom so with six of us we had to plan ahead :-).....but the good things far outweighed this inconvenience

Pros: This house was perfect for our 4 day stay in Ripon. Approx 15 min walk to the square, the location was ideal. Set back from the road there was very little noise pollution. The house was fully equipped and provided boardgames which was a nice touch. Perfect for a family with young children as there was a large enclosed garden. I will return and will definitely recommend to others.

Pros: Lovely accommodation. Very clean, modern and well appointed. Best of both worlds, feels isolated when it’s really easy to take a leisurely walk into Ripon. Definitely be back.

Very rural, right on the edge of town!

Pros: We thoroughly enjoyed our 4 nights at Little Harries Cottage. It was spacious, clean, well equipped and quiet with acres of paddocks surrounding it. Yet it is right on the edge of town and convenient to everything.

Cons: Everything was great, no problems at all.

Pros: The location was perfect, 20 mins walk from the town centre and amenities. Ideally situated for Harrogate and York. The cottage itself was ideal. It was clean, well equipped and big enough for our whole family plus 2 dogs.

Cons: Nothing.

Pros: The house was very clean & it was a lovely cottage to stay. The location is wonderful, very quiet & about 15 min walk to Ripon We would definitely recommend this house & we would stay here again. Large garden, which our dog loved.
