Great place.

Pros: A very tidy and well kept place. Friendly hosts. Top location, quiet, but not too far from amenities. Sidenote: If you are considering to have a takeaway pizza, go to Ronaldo's fast food on 21 Wharf Street (Main street in Sowerby Bridge). Richard makes a pizza to die for, in fact the best pizza we had in years.

Pros: We recently stayed here with our dog for my partner's birthday. We couldn't have wished for anything better! Location is brilliant, property is beautiful and the overall weekend was perfect. You have many great walks surrounding you for relaxing strolls with your dog or just a short drive away is sowerby bridge if you want something a bit more lively. Can't wait to go back again in warmer months.

Cons: Nothing really other than the steepness of the approaching roads, but that goes hand with the location.

Excellent value for money.

Pros: Picturesque, quiet location. The property was immaculately clean and well equipped. Also very warm. We only needed the heating on a few hours a day , the barn held its heat so we presume it's well insulated. The little touches of fresh flowers, wine, chocolates, milk and eggs were very much appreciated, as were the comprehensive guides for all the appliances. An absolute must if you like to walk as the Moor is outside the door!

Ein Toller Ort für Erholung, ob allein oder zu zweit

Pros: Der Ort ist etwas abgelegen und sehr ruhig. Das spazieren im den Mooren ist toll. Die Menschen im Dorf sind aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Die Unterkunft ist wirklich sehr gut ausgestattet! Sowohl technisch als auch von der Einrichtung (sehr gemütlich und trotzdem funktionell). Wenn ich etwas brauchte oder Fragen hatte waren die Vermieter gleich da und haben mich unterstützt. Die sind sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Schön dass es so etwas noch gibt! Es gab auch kleine Willkommensgeschenke. Bei mir waren es Wein, Honig, Süßes und frische Blumen. Wirklich schön!
