Pros: Conveniently situated for family get together. Good parking. Lovely lounge and comfy beds

Cons: Bathroom was functional but let the overall impression of the property down

Pros: Leanne is a lovely host. It was good to meet her. Her property, is spacious and clean. Felt like home from home

Excellent value excellent services excellent facilities

Pros: The property was well appointed with all the facilities we could have wished for. The bedrooms were comfortable the kitchen had everything you could hope for and the lounge was superb.

Cons: The property would benefit from some net curtains across the kitchen entry area to offer a little privacy.

Secound visit and will stay here again it’s always a comfortable stay we love the fire and big comfy sofa to snuggle on

Pros: Cosy and very comfortable, we only stayed one night but the fire was on waiting for us, there was milk, tea and coffee and biscuits, and everything was very clean.

Perfect for Leeds stay

Pros: We have stayed here twice - easy to access the property on arrival with parking. Perfect location for Leeds, a £12 taxi ride. Comfortable living room and fully working kitchen. Bedrooms are comfortable and great size! Only criticism would be the bathroom could do with an upgrade - but all fully working Would definitely stay again!

Pros: Location was fantastic, semi rural but 15 mins from Leeds City centre

Cons: I didn't dislike anything, and it's all opinions but i do like a softer bed butsome people like hard so really nothing can or should be done about that

Lovely little cottage with plenty of facilities

Pros: Great little cottage for an overnight work stay with some creature comforts that you can’t get in a hotel room

Cons: The shower needs some maintenance. The shower head doesn’t stay up.

Pros: Good parking great property just what we needed and good value. Will use again.
