BOBBIN ROW - Grade 2 Listed Property with a Beautiful Design with Access to Leeds

Fabulous property in a lovely location close to Leeds centre.

Pros: We were a party of 3 work colleagues attending a meeting in Leeds. The property was massive with plenty of space for us all to work on different floors. Decor was beautiful and nice views of the old stonework. Best property I have stayed at in Leeds and will rebook on next visit if available.

Cons: Nothing for us as quite fit but not suitable for elderly due to the amount of stairs. We loved it as kept us fit.

Amazing house

Pros: Amazing house,fantastic grade 2 listed renovation. Great location.. high spec

Cons: no tea towels, kitchen roll,lack of oven dishes.Some coffee would be a nice touch.

Fabulous house, super comfy beds, lounge HUGE and perfect space for socialising. Gorgeous decor.

Pros: Great location for easy access to the city. 2 electric car charging points in the carpark which meant we could charge our car overnight.

Cons: Nothing. Totally perfect!

We will definitely be back agin.

Pros: An amzing property, very well decorated and comfortable and well stocked with all essentials. Perfect for a long weekend or a longer trip. Great location as a base to explore Leeds City Centre or go further.

Pros: Was fabulous. Best place we have stayed in Leeds! Was perfect.

Cons: Nothing to dislike!

Pros: The property is very spacious and nicely furnished. The location is very quiet, and we had a relaxing stay. The property manager responds very swiftly to queries. Good value for money given the size of the property.

Cons: They have started to charge a deposit, but we were not made aware of this at the time of booking, which caused confusion. The property information has now been updated to make this clearer, see additional property information. Only book the property if you are happy to pay an additional security deposit direct to the property manager. We resolved this with the property manager before our arrival, but it did add unexpected stress to the trip.

Pros: Lovely big property, good attention to detail lots of character...good value for longer stay as cleaning charge impact reduced

Cons: A few minor things ....no toiletries except hand soap not a probem.if forewarned.....no decent frying pan...shame no proper outside facilities ..have bought a fold up garden chair for subsequent visit

Pros: Lovely clean and spacious rooms. In a good location.

Cracking spot

Pros: Cracking pad, very spacious, everything you needed to cook and relax.

Cons: Nothing really. But it's a lot of stairs if your old or fat

Pros: Perfect location for visiting Leeds Armouries, Sunny Bank Mills, Harewood House. Parking easy. Lovely decor.

Cons: Didn't realise property was over 3 floors. Ok for us, but would've been unsuitable if we had brought parents with us. Shame there was no outdoor seating as it was hot during our stay.
