Relax at Little Hawkcliffe

Lovely winter getaway

Pros: Lovely house. Great size. Really comfortable and homely. The bedrooms were clean and comfy. Hot tub was really relaxing. The cover over the hot tub was a great addition for all weathers. The host was super responsive and helpful. The Christmas decorations were beautiful too. Made our winter trip feel very festive and cozy.

Cons: No issues. Loved our stay. The host will help you out with any additional needs or problems.

Pros: Beautiful house, lovely and clean with everything you need for a relaxing break.

The house and location were totally suited to our needs.

Pros: House was extremely well equipped, clean and very comfortable with plenty of private outside space. Well located for sightseeing around the area. Shops, pubs and cafes easily accessible.

Cons: An unexpected amount of road noise.

Pros: Spacious property, lovely well equipped kitchen. Comfortable beds, great garden area with seating and hot tub.

Cons: Barking dogs at night!

Pros: Spacious, clean & comfortable property. Comfy beds and lounge areas. Well equipped kitchen.

Cons: Seat pads for benches in back garden would & chairs in conservatory be great & add comfort. Mirror required in smaller of upstairs bedroom

Lovely cottage

Pros: Lovely cottage that's very well presented and equipped. The welcome hamper was great with lots of nice touches. Location is handy for exploring lots of places by car. Not really many places within walking distance though but we weren't bothered as planned to use the car each day. We had a couple of issues with the hot tub and the owner was round quickly to sort it.

Cons: The immediate surroundings are a bit scruffy, this doesn't detract from the lovely cottage though. Unfortunately I was kept awake through each of the 3 nights by a dog barking in next doors garden and so i eventually moved to the sofa bed in a room at the front of the property. We told the owner after the 2nd night (turned out it was his own dog) but it actually barked more on the 3rd night keeping us all awake for periods through night, this was dissapointing especially considering we'd let them know it was an issue.

Pros: Excellent, well equipped & maintained property although slightly overlooked, with shared access. Perfect situation for exploring the local area with plenty of things within easy reach. A great property for a longer stay & outdoor facilities to be utilised in the warmer weather

Pros: The cottage was beautiful and clean. We arrived to a welcome pack full of goodies, too! The rooms were nice and big and everything looked brand new! Could not fault the cottage! It is in a great location, too! We would highly recommend staying here!
