Great place, easy to find, lovely & clean, well equipped very quiet & peaceful, we enjoyed our stay.

Pros: Beautiful Cottage Exceptionally Clean Well equipped Nice quiet location

Cons: Water was not hot enough for 5 showers and we had a problem with the heating/water on our last night/morning so had to have cold showers, the children were looking forward to a bath after our long day shopping and a cold shower didn't really come up to expectations. The host said we could stay an extra couple of hours while the water was sorted on the morning of checkout, but we had already arranged tickets for the time we had to leave, so didn't have time to stay. Also had to boil kettle's to wash up the breakfast things and clean all the surfaces before we left so although this didn't spoil our stay or stop us booking again, it was an inconvenience

Pros: Location is just great, nice, quiet and peaceful place, cottage is beautifully designed and very comfortable

Cons: The only thing is that the shower hasn't had cold water. Maybe they didn't realise the cold water tap was not working, this is the only didn't like but others everything was great, l highly recommend this place

Brilliant, loved it, will be visiting again!!!

Pros: Loved the location, great hosts, loved the opportunity to meet the animals on the farm.

Cons: Shame the village pub was closed, but hosts have said it due to re-open soon!! which will be an absolute bonus for Water Hall Farm guests. We’ll definitely use it on our return visits

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Little Byre Cottage. We’ll definitely come back.

Pros: The location was ideal to explore the region. It was a cottage so we had no breakfast, but fresh milk from the farm was in the fridge as a nice bonus.

Cons: The double bed was a little small especially when you’re used to a king size bed.
