Pros: Lovely terraced house with all the amenities, beautifully decorated clean and tidy.

Cons: Nothing not to like stairs are really steep but good handrails

Pros: This property was excellent. The house is really well equipped with everything you need and lots of little extras - the owner is clearly very thoughtful!!! AND I have stayed in quite a few places, UK and abroad, over the last few years and this has been the only accommodation with a full length mirror….: thank you!!!! Seriously, really enjoyed this little house and the peaceful village. Thank you

Cons: Parking was a bit tricky - there was a skip outside belonging to one of the neighbours that took up several spaces. There are places to park very near by so it’s not a huge issue.

Retro style, modern comfort

Pros: Darling little house on the outskirts of York. The interiors are beautiful, the space is super comfortable and very well thought out, and the kitchen is excellent — fully equipped with everything you could need. A perfect place to relax and feel at home.

Lovely lovely place to stay.

Pros: The property is absolutely beautiful, finished to a very high standard, and has everything you could possibly want for your stay. The house was cleaned to a very high standard and was a home from home. There is a shop in the village and York was a short car ride away. My daughter and I loved our stay and were very sad to head home.

Pros: Gorgeous house in a peaceful village. Such beautiful attention to detail makes this house a real hidden gem Perfect base for a family of 4. We all loved our stay.

A real home from home.

Pros: A beautifully renovated, but traditional property with personal touches and a lovely homely feel. The whole house was exceptionally clean and had everything you might need to make it feel a real home from home. We loved our all too short time here and I would definitely stay again when visiting Yorkshire!

Very enjoyable and comfortable stay and everything was in perfect working order.on the first evening there was a foisty

Pros: This property was ideal for all our needs as 2 couples. It had everything we could need

Cons: We lost electricity Sunday morning and this would appear to be a general power cut in the area, so not a negative on the host at all, just frustrating we had to wait a little while for a cuppa 😂
