Pros: A beautully kept home, with amazing views from the room we were in. The host was very accommodating, warm and friendly. Thoroughly enjoyed our 2 night stay here, would definitely return.

Pros: Beautiful room with amazing view. Tracey the owner was so friendly and welcoming and made the stay so relaxing. Everything was lovely, the bed was super comfortable, the breakfast (continental) was perfect. Lots of extras like treats in the room made this an exceptional place to stay. The reviews are well deserved. It was exactly what we needed for our music night out at the Barnoldswick. Tracey even gave us a recommendation for eating out which was delicious. We very much hope to stay again, it was great. Great to meet the doggies too, that was a bonus! :)

Pros: The location was perfect for what I needed, and parking was available. Breakfast was excellent, and options for a vegetarian were plentiful. En suite shower was good and very clean, with a wealth of toiletries on hand.

Cons: The steps up to the property might be a problem for the very elderly, but there's not much the host could do about that, and it was made clear in the listing.

Pros: Lovely hosts and room and continental breakfast (better than any on the continent) Parking very close on road. Very safe Bathroom was exceptional

Pros: Its location to our event and the warm welcome from the host.

Cons: I was a little unsure about the cooked breakfast. Details were given on arrival but the welcome book in the room said we had to preorder the night before. As we went out that night we didn’t preorder so we ate breakfast out. This is a tiny negative in an otherwise great visit and place to stay.
