Pros: The whole place is like a palace. The staff cant do more for you!

Cosy Hotel with attentive staff

Pros: Stunning room, great view of the golf course. Staff very polite and helpful

Cons: Unfortunately they are renovating next to the property so it was difficult to get a good choice of restaurants and no cream teas was a huge disappointment

Pros: The breakfast was excellent,the staff were very attentive, couldn’t fault anything .we would definitely look forward to staying again

Cons: The leisure facilities were excellent. My husband who has been very poorly found the large pool to cold, so he couldn’t swim, which was one of things he was looking forward to .

Pros: Spa is fantastic, particularly the ice room . Fabulous facility. Rooms are beautiful. Room service such as turn down service luxurious. Wonderful staff, not snobbish, very professional. Make you feel spoiled. The staff really seemed happy to be working there.

Cons: Only gripe, and its a tiny one, is that the door handle doesn't depress. You just push it, of which I hadn't been aware so had to call for help.
