Pros: Good location, parking was available nearby, and house was warm enough with the heating on (though a bit drafty). The bathroom was clean and the toilet, tap & shower worked. The bedrooms were clean, with good quality bedding + mattresses.

Cons: The outside door of the fridge unit has detached from the fridge door, one of the double bedroom lamps needs a new bulb and it'd be good to add a couple of lamps + an extra armchair to the living room, which felt a bit bare. These are nitpicks though, it was more than good enough for the price.
