Pros: Clean, spacious. Quiet. Good facilities. Left us milk and water, tea and coffee, toiletries

Cons: All good. Could maybe use a hairdryer

Third stay at this Guesthouse

Pros: Very nice house, clean and well decorated. Comfortable bed. Host leaves bottled water as well as tea/coffee/sugar and a kettle. Also plates and cutlery Room aslo has a fridge.

Cons: Nothing to not like, this guesthouse is as good as most comfortable hotels.

Amazing Place

Pros: The cleanliness of the facilities, good heating, good supplies of toiletries and beddings. Excellent customer relationship.

Value for money, clean and welcoming host

Pros: Located only a short drive/taxi to the city centre. Host very welcoming and kept in touch if you needed anything. Great value for money. Room was large with own bathroom. Toiletries, kettle, tea coffee supplied.

Cons: Would have been great if there were some milk for hot drinks.

Pros: The host Tina was lovely she made me a cup of tea on arrival as my train got in earlier than expected ..she even had to room ready for me in a few minutes ..the room was very fancy and clean 🧽 massive tv in room where I watched the snooker before my mates arrived in Leeds for the football ..I will defo stay here again

Cons: Just the location is a little outside the centre of city the only thing

Excellent for a short shopping trip to Leeds

Pros: Easy to get to from train station in an Uber, just 10 mins, very clean comfortable room with everything you need, good WiFi, also an excellent fully equipped modern kitchen with dining table and chairs to use if you need to, would definitely stay again.

Pros: I recently stayed at the property on 9 East Grange Drive, and I had a wonderful experience. The bedroom was comfortable, well-maintained, and made for a relaxing stay. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always willing to help, which really added to the overall atmosphere. I was also impressed by the cleanliness throughout the property — everything felt fresh and well cared for.

Pros: I have everything about this place, clean, well tidy, down to the kitchen, everything you need are there for you, environment is quite good location, excellent staff support

Great value for a home away from home!!

Pros: It was a home from home with everything you needed at a great price. Although shared facilities it was immaculate and clearly everyone took pride in keeping it like that. Easy to access and would definitely stay again if need to be in Leeds again.

Cons: My sat nav wasn’t too keen but for me, there was nothing I didn’t like.

Pros: I can’t say enough good things about this apartment! From the moment we arrived as I went with my 6 months baby. The check in process was seamless, clear instructions and easy access. The apartment itself is immaculate and stylishly decorated, thoughtfully designed, and sparkling clean. the host even left a few chocolate treats. Every detail feels intentional, from the cozy lighting and high quality linens to the well stocked kitchen that had everything I needed and more. The host Tina truly went above and beyond. She checked in to make sure everything was perfect. In short, this place exceeded every expectation. It’s the perfect mix of comfort, style, and hospitality, easily one of the best Airbnb experiences I’ve ever had. I would come back in a heartbeat and recommend it to anyone looking for a home-away-from-home.
