Pros: The house was lovely and clean everything you need in it. Bed was extremely comfortable and the parking was great too. The staff were great and efficient too. We had a issue with boiler within half a hour they sent someone out and the problem was fixed. Thank u ever so much for a great stay.

Cons: Nothing it was everything we needed .

Pros: Nice and quiet area, property spacious, clean, everything there for a nice family break. Close enough to city centre.

Comfortable stay in Leeds

Pros: 2nd time I’ve booked this property, always amazing. The are organised, responsive and the property is exactly as advertised.

Pros: house was clean and tidy plenty of space perfect for what we needed it for and was affordable

Cons: road that the house was on didn't look great but had no trouble at all

Pros: Great location for event attending, local shops and only a 10 min uber ride to leeds city centre

Cons: On arrival, the property and no wifi, none of the TV can connect to hotspot so had no access to tvs all weekend or any wifi. Reported it to contact who to be fair tried there best but BT couldnt get out till monday [today] the person did offer they woylf try get a temp fix but nothing was established.

A fantastic, well situated house perfect for groups, families and couples

Pros: The house was immaculate, spacious and well presented. Having a full kitchen, lounge and 4 bedrooms was great and we had just about everything we needed for our trip. It was nice to be able to park right outside the door too. We were able to get taxis easily and there seemed to be plenty of shops and eateries close by.

Cons: Only minor things like only having 2 mirrors would make it difficult for multiple people to get ready at a time. The stairs are very steep and narrow and there are random steps on the landing that are easy to miss because of the grey carpet.
