Good house but need tweaks to make great

Pros: Kitchen, Programmable heating, location with parking. Good communication and response. WiFi is excellent..Bed linen is excellent..

Cons: 1 room upstairs is too tight for 2 adults. Hot water in downstairs toilet is not working. Garden front and back are not properly managed. Front fence is broken. Rope to hang cloth infested with spider webs.. Beds also is not comforting..the stairs need some repairs. Door blinds are broken. Washing machine will not start untill we push hard or bang the door.. This house needs a woman touch. The ambient just not good enough to be a family house..it's More for students.. Just need a little tweak here and there, the house can be great..
