Excellent place to stay when visiting my family will definitely use again in the future

Pros: Clean comfortable and perfect location for the town centre , the hostesses were extremely accommodating even after we left they made sure my husband coat he had left was returned to a family member,

Pros: Has everything you need to have a comfortable stay

Pros: Great location, comfortable apartment. Needed extra bath towels but a message to the owner and we had towels brought to us

Cons: Could do with some side lamps or night light in bedrooms and hallway as so dark at night (where beds are placed, it can be difficult to find the lightswitch in the middle of the night. Also could do with a teatowel as had to use a hand towel to get stuff out of the oven

Overall a good stay with a few changes it could be an excellent stay.

Pros: Nice modern and clean property. Great location, nice and quiet. On road parking was available. Easy walk to the main town.

Cons: Bathroom was cold in November. Even with the towel rail on the room never warmed up. Generally it was cold in the property. Beds had sheets on in November. So you had to heat the room and then turn it off and try to stay warm all night. I hate having heating on at night.

Pros: Very clean and modern. Nice furnishings with spacious shower. Quiet place in the sense I didn’t hear any outside groups or traffic. However I did hear upstairs thudding around at 3 am! However that can’t be helped by the host. If you Like a quiet place , may be better to request a flat on upper floor as opposed to ground floor.

Cons: As the nights are getting colder I would recommend using a light duvet as one sheet with an Over top was too cold. Luckily I found a duvet in the drawer under the bed to use - But not everyone may look there. Just a thought but may be good to leave an instruction for the guest as to where the wi fi code is. Thank-you.

A wonderful home from home 🏡

Pros: Beautiful property with excellent finishes, great amenities and plenty of linens! Easy parking and the staff are brilliant - very responsive and extremely supportive. We had a great stay and recommend to anyone who needs a place to stay in Brighouse.

Cons: Just a constructive critique: Basic coffee and tea and salt and pepper would be a great and simple addition. Also a simple house manual would be super useful just so guests can figure out things like heating and hot water. All things which were simple to figure out and we received excellent support with, but it will help guests be a little more independent, and ease into their stay.
