Pros: The location was fab for Roundhay park which is beautiful. 5 min walk to shops and restaurants. Tea & coffee provided too in the room plus a small fridge .

Cons: It was perfect for what I wanted as I was meeting friends after 34 years and the pub was just a 10 min walk 👍

Pros: Everything, staff very friendly and helpful, excellent location, very clean

Cons: Mattress a bit too soft and a drippy tap in the bathroom! These were small things, though, and I enjoyed my stay.

Great value for money

Pros: Good location, we booked due to my partner completing a half marathon near the park. Bars and restaurants near by and some shops within a five minute walk. Five minute walk from the park/tropical world. Plenty of car parking on site or off. The establishment no longer does breakfast but in the welcome email they provide recommendations which is really helpful. Was a cold evening but was warm and cosy all night and had a really comfy bed!

Pros: Our room was newly renovated and lovely presented, one suggestion. Somewhere to hang your coats and clothes in the bathroom.

Comfortable and convieniant

Pros: Hotel was chosen close to nieces wedding venue and restaurant for family dinner. The venue was a short taxi ride and the restaurant a 5 minute walk. The hosts were very welcoming and accommadating. Easy check in and able to come and go at anytime as you have key to front door.

Cons: Took a while for the hot water to come through, but fine when it did.

Pros: Very comfy bed and pillows. The location is quiet. Lovely hot and powerful shower.

Cons: Nothing. For the price, this is a no frills, very good value for money place.
