New Modern and Spacious 2BR In The Heart of Burnley with Free Private Parking

Great short family stay

Pros: We are a family of 4 with a 17 yeafold and 9 year old. We all felt comfortable - the space felt large enough for us not to be on top of each other. Kitchen with kitchen island was great. In town centre wirh parking which was great to visit resraurants and pubs by foot.

I rate the property excellent & excellent value for money.

Pros: The location and parking in the centre of Burnley. The property warmed up quickly. It is spacious and comfortable.

Cons: Smell of smoking in the bathroom, I assume made by the previous visitor. I spoke to the host about this. It could also use some wire racking shelves or wooden shelves in the wardrobes to lay clothes that were not to be hung up...this is a suggestion. Some might be put off by no view from the windows...but that didn't bother us.

Pros: Warm invitation atmosphere. Appartment was very spacious and very clean. Clear instructions on how to use heating and water. Great location close to bus station cafes and bars. Would definitely recommend it to others

Home from Home in Burnley

Pros: Located in the town centre with private parking. Nice little craft beer place just around the corner.

Cons: Stayed in the summer, so the apartment got a little hot. Of no fault to the proprietor, just an unlikely heatwave.

Pros: Everything about this place is absolute quality, from the crystal clear check in instructions then there is quality of the accommodation total class and a credit to the owners if I could score higher than a 10 I would

Cons: leaving my phone charger in the bedroom (gutted as it has a bit of sentimental value)

Sweet place

Pros: Such a lovely stay! The bed was incredibly comfy—I slept like I was in heaven. The sofa was also really comfortable, and I absolutely loved the overall layout of the property. The location was great, and the view made it even better. The host was very friendly and helpful, which made the experience even more enjoyable. I’d definitely come back again, especially with family!

Greatest service and communication

Pros: I stayed for one night and had a great experience! The place was very clean, easy to access, and felt completely safe, which I really appreciated. The free private parking was a huge plus. The host was super responsive and even gave us great suggestions on nearby places to visit, which made our short stay even better. Overall, a smooth and pleasant experience—I’d definitely recommend it!
