Canalside Period Conversion

Pros: we had a great stay at Dans property when there for new year. No issues with the stay, and Dan responded quick to any questions. The close corridor wasn't as bad as other reviews stated, again just needed a lick of paint

Cons: some areas could do with a lick of paint, but other than that no issues.

Excellently-located Burnley flat with all modcons, albeit needs a little TLC

Pros: Excellent location for getting to everywhere in Burnley, with modern furnishings throughout apartment. Very comfortable and Smart TV with Netflix was an added bonus.

Cons: A few snagging issues (mould on bath shower glass, broken lightbulbs in bathroom, lots of marks on the walls throughout apartment, bathroom fan very dirty.). Flat was pretty clean throughout, but noticed hairs on toilet and kitchen table had lots of crumbs on it for example, so cleaning not top tier. Needs some TLC throughout. Shower gel in description of booking, but only bath soak available. Kitchen tap was also leaking on arrival.

Couple of little improvements would help but I would still stay here again as overall it was a lovely stay 😊

Pros: Great location, very comfortable and host was very good in supplying precise information

Cons: Although this had no negative impact on my stay I did feel the entrance and stairs were in very poor condition, definitely put me off on arrival Overall the apartment was lovely but probably could do with an update of paint on doors/skirting boards/windows

Brilliant stay really quiet.

Pros: Brilliant place to stay really nice and clean and Dan the host always messaged straight back if I had any questions they was really nice inside I booked the room next door the night after which was even better!

Cons: The hallways and outside the building could do with cleaning regularly.

excellent stay in canalside conversion

Pros: We were cycling the canal, and so wonderful to have a flat in a canalside conversion. Got in easily with keys from a lock-box, flat is very clean and well-appointed, with a good kitchen, and sofa-bed is fine for an adult. Easy walk into town for food (the Palazzo is recommended), and easy walk to the station to get back to Leeds in the morning.

Cons: Shared entrance hall and stairs were a bit shabby.

Pros: Host is very helpful, lovely space with a everything you need

Pros: The accommodation was excellent, the apartment is very beautiful and cozy. The hosts are very kind and helpful, making everything better. I highly recommend it and we will definitely be back.

Pros: Nice and homely, very clean and smelt lovely when we walked in. Brilliant location 2 mins walk from train station and town is a 5 min walk away.

Cons: Nothing bad to say.

very decent apartment in burnley

Pros: Daniel. sorry for not messaging. I meant to let you know when we checked out. I should have said at 19am when we left and keys were in box. we left it as we found it. didn't use anything apart from toilet lol as is was a quick stay for footy game. but was very cool. great instructions thank you. I hope it works for you. building outside your apartment was filthy. but it looks like work was going on. but before we went into yours we had to take shoes off due to dust on floors.. would use again and recommend. great location for the turf and a I night stay. I hope you were happy with us. cheers. chris

Cons: apartment clean. communal areas filthy

Nice cozy and clean property.

Pros: The property was very clean and cozy. Only a 10-15 minute walk from the football stadium

Cons: You can only park outside the property at certain times. However there is additional parking nearby.
